AMAGO Privacy Policy

Who is responsible
AMAGO is a game developed by Enrique Mateo Cobo. For any privacy question you can write to flashfit874@gmail.com.
What data is processed and why
- Your progress (trophies, coins, heroes, settings and your player name): stored on your device, with a copy on our server linked to a pseudonymous ID created by the app (it is not your name or a device identifier; if you create an account, it is linked to it). It lets you keep your progress and move it to another phone with a code. It is kept while you play and deleted after 24 months without use.
- Your account (only if you create one): your email and your password, which we store hashed (never in plain text). They are only used so you can sign in from any phone; we don't send you advertising or share them. They are kept while you have the account and deleted with Settings โ Delete account and progress.
- If you sign in with Apple: Apple gives us a user identifier and, if you allow it, your email (or Apple's private relay email). We don't receive your name. We keep an Apple token so we can revoke access when you delete your account.
- Pseudonymised usage statistics: which screens you open, when you start and finish matches, how long rounds last and which heroes you use, linked to the same ID (and to your account if you have one). You can turn them off in Settings โ Send usage statistics. They help us know whether the game is understood and fun (for example, how many people come back the next day). Kept for at most 24 months.
- Online match trophies: calculated and stored by the server so matchmaking is fair.
- When you play online your player name, trophies and heroes are sent to the server to match you with a rival of similar level and to run the match. During the match they are only used to play it.
- What your rival sees: in Online mode your rival sees an automatic nickname, not the name you type. In private rooms with friends, your friends see your player name.
- IP address and technical connection data: processed by the server and its hosting provider (Railway) to make the connection work and to protect the game from abuse (for example, limiting connections per IP). We don't use them for anything else.
Legal basis and providers
- Cloud save, account and online play: performance of the service you request by using the game (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Usage statistics: legitimate interest in improving the game (art. 6.1.f GDPR); first-party only, and you can object by turning them off in Settings.
- Security (IP, anti-abuse limits): legitimate interest in protecting the game and its players (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Processors acting on our behalf: Railway Corp. (server and database hosting, United States, under EU standard contractual clauses) and Apple (if you choose "Continue with Apple").
What we don't do
- We don't show ads or use ad networks.
- We don't use third-party analytics tools or advertising identifiers.
- We don't sell or share your data with anyone.
- We don't ask for your phone number, location, photos or contacts. Your email is only requested if you choose to create an account.
Purchases
The app currently has no real-money purchases. If they are enabled in the future, payments will be handled by Apple through the App Store or by Google Play; we never receive your card details.
Children
AMAGO doesn't ask for personal data to play. If you are under 14 (or the age of digital consent in your country), play online with your parent's or guardian's permission. Parents can use iOS Screen Time or Google Family Link to limit online play or purchases.
Your rights
To delete your data, use Settings โ Delete progress (or Delete account and progress if you have an account) in the game: it is removed from your device and our server, together with your statistics, and if you signed in with Apple we revoke access. You can also exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by writing to the contact email. If you believe we haven't handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
